The cashier is responsible for greeting customers entering the store and all other tasks assigned by the store manager. A qualified candidate will be required to have good grooming, communication skills and cash handling skills. The position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift up to 35-50 pounds. The position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists/ppRate of pay $15.00-$16:00/HR/ppuList of Responsibilities/u/pulliProvide excellent customer service./liliMaintains a positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude./liliHas the ability to communicate well./liliHas the ability and willingness to multi-task./liliMaintain a clean and well stocked food and beverage area/liliClean and stock merchandise./liliWhen stocking shelves confirm merchandise is priced correctly, rotated and displayed in a safe manner./liliResponsible for processing transactions of customers on a computerized POS register/liliKnowledgeable of the security policies and procedures including panic button and behavior in the event of a store robbery./liliMaintain clean restrooms./liliImmediately reports any equipment issues or customer incidents to Assistant Manager or Manger./liliOther duties as assigned by the store manager./li/ulpstrongEducation / Experience/strong: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended but not required./p
