We are seeking fun, talented Team Members to join our team!/pp strongPOSITION SUMMARY:/strong/pp Host/Hostesses work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, environment to deliver a fantastic dining experience to our guests./pp strongRESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/pul type="disc" li Greets guests in a friendly and inviting manner /li li Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion /li li Advise guests of current specials, new menu items, promotions and Club Cantina /li li Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume times to accurately set guest expectations /li li Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest /li li Always sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return /li li Assists other Team Members as needed or when business needs dictate /li li Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures /li/ulp strongQUALIFICATIONS:/strong/pul type="disc" li Must be at least 16 years of age /li li Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner /li li Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions /li li Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English /li/ul
