Warehouse Associate - Full-time

pstronguPrimary Duties amp; Responsibilities/u/strong/p ul liQuantity and items are verified against PO and packing list./li liMaterial is transferred or issued to the appropriate storage location./li liInventory is accurate and verified./li liProblems are identified and the person responsible is notified to resolve/li liPhysical records of received goods are stored digitally/li liReceipts are entered into the SAP system in a timely fashion/li liParts are pulled and issued from Finished Goods./li liPackages are prepared for shipment./li liExport documents prepared./li liShipping labels are created using the FedEx ship manager system./li linbsp;Prepare STO if necessary./li liMaterial Handling is performed as required/li liInventory counts of shipping supply’s required weekly/li liPull inventory from stock and issue to requisitioner based on internal PO./li liDigitally file internal documentation PO, receiving document, ETC./li liPerform periodic cycle counts for reconciliation purposes./li liNotify SAP support team and planners of inventory shortages/li /ul pstronguEducation amp; Experience/u/strong/p ul li2+ years’ experience in receiving and shippingnbsp;(domestic and International)/li liForklift operation certificationnbsp;/li liExperience stocking inventory and assembling shipping packages/li liCycle counting and inventory maintenance/li liFiling, generating routine reports/li /ul pstronguSkills/u/strong/p ul liAble to handle multiple tasks by changing priorities in a fast-paced environment as supervisor dictates./li liOperate forkliftnbsp;/li liSelf-motivated with good time management skills/li liBasic computer skills (proficient in Outlook)/li liGood basic math skills/li liGood interpersonal communication amp; written skills/li liHighly accurate in counting, and reading/li liMust be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend work if required/li /ul pstronguWorking Conditions/u/strong/p ul lispanAn employee in this position works in the warehouse in a manufacturing environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention.nbsp; Strict adherence to corporate policies, rules, and regulations in these areas is required./span/li /ul pstronguPhysical Requirements/u/strong/p ul lispanWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and sit.
