pstrongJob Summary/strongnbsp;br/br/The Supply Chain Technician ensures the accurate and efficient receipt, distribution, and management of supplies within the facility. This role is responsible for maintaining storeroom inventory, organizing point-of-care (POC) supply areas, and ensuring compliance with established stock levels. The Supply Chain Technician conducts regular inventory audits, processes incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintains a clean, organized, and compliant supply chain environment.nbsp;br/br/strongEssential Functions/strong/p ul liReceives, inspects, and processes incoming shipments, verifying items against packing slips and reporting discrepancies to leadership./li liStocks warehouse items in appropriate locations, following FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation principles and maintaining organization and cleanliness./li liReviews and maintains Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and POC areas to ensure consistent supply availability./li liConducts physical inventory counts in storeroom and POC areas as scheduled, addressing variances and ensuring system accuracy./li liPicks and stages warehouse stock items based on requisitions, applying patient charge stickers as needed and confirming system accuracy./li liNotifies supervisors of discrepancies in perpetual inventory picks and participates in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy./li liOrganizes and maintains PAR locations with accurate labels, inventory count sheets, and properly aligned supplies./li liStages and distributes supplies, including: ul liStoreroom/Warehouse items for Distribution Technicians to put away./li liNon-stock items for requesting departments, ensuring signatures are obtained./li liCapital/Asset equipment and rental equipment for delivery to the Biomed department./li /ul/li liCoordinates outbound shipments for authorized returns by preparing bills of lading and other necessary documents./li liEnsures compliance with regulatory standards for warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety./li liAssists with semi-annual inventory counts to maintain perpetual inventory accuracy and integrity./li liProcesses data entry for supply requisitions, inventory adjustments, and receipts into the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency./li liDelivers non-stock items to requesting departments and obtains authorized signatures when required./li liPerforms other duties as assigned./li liComplies with all policies and standards./li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong/p ul li0-1 years of experience applying advanced mathematical skills related to healthcare inventory, including calculations for bulk distribution, inventory management, and units of measurement such as cc and mg required/li li1-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics preferred/li /ul pstrongKnowledge, Skills and Abilities/strong/p ul liKnowledge of inventory management principles, including FIFO and Min/Max level management./li liProficiency in ERP systems and data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency./li liStrong organizational skills to maintain clean and compliant storeroom and warehouse areas./li liEffective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and departments./li liAbility to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and shipments./li liFamiliarity with regulatory requirements for warehousing and supply chain operations./li liPhysical ability to lift and move supplies and operate material handling equipment safely./li /ul
