This provides a much better work-life balance than other manufacturing roles and opportunities!/divdiv/divdivbWhat You Will Do:/b/divulliModel Safety as the number one focus/lili100% safety steward of a designated program/liliSeed corn harvest activities such as receiving, husk/sort, drying, shelling, and bulk operations/liliProcess activities such as color sorting, sizing, gravity table, treating, packaging, and palletizing operations/liliUse of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks (PLC, computers, and iPads)/liliReturn and rework activities/liliMonitor product quality and ensure activities meet the requirements of the quality plan./liliWarehousing activities including forklift operation, quality sampling, picking and pooling activities/liliData collection for continuous improvement projects that are driven from Bottoms Up Planning/liliFacility and equipment maintenance task assignments/liliVarious other duties as assigned by supervisor/li/uldiv/divdivbEducation:/b/divulliYou have your High School Diploma/GED buOR/u/b are willing and able to obtain your GED within twelve (12) months of hire as a condition of employment /li/uldiv/divdivbWhat Skills You Need:/b/divulliYou are safety minded!
