exposure to noise/p pstrongMental Demands: /strongWork with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress/p pstrongRegular attendance is an essential function/strong/p pnbsp;/p pstrongMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:/strong/p ol liCreate a master program schedule that functions smoothly and efficiently for up to 100 students traveling through multiple rotations./li liCreate tutor work schedules in accordance with acceptable weekly hours to ensure payroll compliance./li liApprove tutor timesheets on a weekly basis ensuring accuracy in Skyward./li liCreate and approve lessons and activities based on grade level appropriate TEKS that support and enhance academic enrichment for students Pre-K-5th grade./li liSchedule and assign weekly observations/ training for ESD tutors in a teacherrsquo;s classroom as part of required training for tutors./li liSupervise, train and lead a group of 3-10 tutors who work directly with students in the ESD Program./li liApprove tutor absences and make plans to ensure program safety in the event of absences./li liFile and submit accurate records of daily snacks purchased by the ESD program./li liCreate monthly tuition billing plans for each student enrolled using the payment software system./li liTrack and monitor account balances on a regular basis using the ESD payment software system./li liKeep accurate and detailed payment records regarding past due accounts/balances/li liProvide parents with required tax information/li liSchedule guest speakers using the appropriate AISD policy background check procedures./li liParticipate in staff meetings, and in-service training./li liReport to work ready to perform responsibilities./li liPerform duties that directly and/or indirectly impact student performance in AISD./li liCreate and approve lessons and activities based on grade level appropriate TEKS that support and enhance academic enrichment for students Pre-K-5th grade./li liInteract with and supervise tutors and students during all activities./li liReinforce acceptable behaviors and redirect unacceptable behaviors./li liCooperate and communicate with the campus and Program Director regarding schedules, lesson plans, activities, materials, and fiscal record keeping./li liPrepare and maintain a positive and safe learning environment./li liObtain and maintain health trainings such as CPR/emergency care./li liProvide emergency care for children as needed./li liWork in a cooperative manner with colleagues and provide direction for tutors, volunteers and student assistants./li liSubmit reports required by funding source and/or AISD administrative policies to the Program Director./li liMaintain a professional level of confidentiality regarding all AISD matters./li liSupport the mission, goals and objectives of the AISD strategic plan./li liComply with AISD policies./li liMust obtain appropriate certification within specified time lines./li liModel non-discriminatory practices in all activities./li liDemonstrate behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible./li liCompile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required./li liFollow district safety protocols and emergency procedures./li liEnsure compliance with all local policies and state and federal statutes including the Educator Code of Ethics./li liPerform such other tasks and accepts such other responsibilities as may be assigned./li /ol pstrongSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:/strongnbsp;nbsp;nbsp;
