liAccompanies students to the cafeteria for meals and assists students with getting and eating meals and cleaning up after meals./li
liAccompanies students to classes or therapy services, monitors behavior (intervening as needed), and assists with classwork./li
liAssists students with motor, balance, social and life skills./li
liAssists students with personal care, including dressing, toileting and diapering./li
liMonitors students during nap times./li
liCleans and maintains an efficient work area./li
liAssists with instruction, errands and copies related to assigned student(s)./li

liProvides one-on-one tutoring if it is scheduled at a time when a student would not otherwise receive instruction from a teacher./li

liWorks with the teacher to develop classroom schedules./li
liOperates and maintains classroom equipment./li
liTakes over a class for a short period of time./li
liSupervises children in the hallway, lunchroom, and playground./li
liTo ensure continuity of services, remote work may be necessary in the event of a health crisis or disruptive situation that requires the closing of school and/or office buildings. An employeersquo;s eligibility for remote work will be determined by the superintendent of schools. Expectations and guidelines for remote work will be distributed by the employeersquo;s supervisor, based on his/her role and responsibilities./li
