Minor violations include but are not limited to speeding under 30 mph over the posted limit, failure to yield, accidents, etchellip;./liliNo major violations in the past 5 years. Major violations include but are not limited to: DUI, reckless/careless driving, driving during a suspended license, excessive speed over 30 mph, leaving the scene of an accident, refusing a chemical test, etc.../liliMust have the stamina to work a minimum of 50-60 hours a week./liliExperience with a retail food company is a plus./li/ulpstrongSPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED/strong/pulliMust be able to read, write, and communicate in English./liliMust have the ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives under minimal supervision./liliAbility to handle and resolve customer threats and issues./liliAbility to handle and resolve employee issues./liliSkills to use a personal computer and various software packages (Word / Excel)./liliAbility to handle stress and high-volume operations./li/ulpstrongJOB RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliManage a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees. Assign, oversee and evaluate work. Recommend promotion, transfer or termination of employees based on performance./liliProvide on-the-job training for new employees./liliDelegate and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from waste or theft./liliAssist in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food./liliForecast food items. Estimate what amount of each food items will be consumed per shift./liliSupervise food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assist in-shoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency./liliAssist in-shoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness./liliEnsure that every customer receives world-class customer service./liliRoute deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed./liliComplete daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production)./liliComplete Closing Procedures./liliExecute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness./liliComplete daily and weekly paperwork./liliResponsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift./liliReceive and store product./liliAudit previous shiftrsquo;s systems and procedures for 100% integrity and completeness./liliComplete preventive maintenance and upkeep on storersquo;s equipment and supplies./liliMaintain professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Jimmy Johnrsquo;s Dress Code./liliDisplay a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments./liliPerform other related duties as required./li/ul
