Work in a safe manner. Follow LOTO procedures. Communicate unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel. Understand how to locate and use MSDS documents/span/p/lilipspanTransfer, by materials handling equipment, raw materials, package materials, supplies, finish goods and recyclable materials to designated areas./span/p/lilipspanEnsure production, reconciliation, and inventory documents are completed neatly and accurately/span/p/lilipspanApply WCM principals to identify major loss areas, perform 5S/GMP practices/span/p/lilipspanUtilize SAP/JDA functionality to maintain inventory accuracy. Loads line production into JDA and create skid riders for all finish goods./span/p/lilipspanOperate palletization equipment, troubleshoot process faults, and make required adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency./span/p/lilipspanCoordinate activities between compounding, operations, maintenance, and the production execution/span/p/lilipspanPerform routine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance of equipment. Develop, maintain, and follow cleaning, lubrication, and inspection standards./span/p/lilipspanAssist Mechanics with major repairs, installations, and maintenance./span/p/lilipspanResponsible for following GXP.
