For this position, we welcome CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistant) and PCAs (Personal Care Assistants) to apply. We also provide PCA training to qualified individuals who have at least 6 months of personal or professional experience working with frail older adults or disabled adults. We offer flexible scheduling./p pstrongDuties/strong:/p pThis person will be able to work in our clients' homes providing support with daily living tasks and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and Staffing Coordinator. Also, caregivers must be able to travel to one or more client locations in the community./p ul liAssist clients in personal care, learning skills, and performing daily living skills/li liParticipates in recreational/social activities, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping/li liMay accompany clients to appointments and activities/li liObserves and documents client's behavior/li /ul pstrongQualifications/strong:/p ul li6+ months experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred/li liMust be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening/li liDemonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained/li /ul pstrongRequired Credentials:/strong/p ul liCPR Certification/li liFirst Aid Certification/li liTB/PPD/li liValid Driver's License/li liValid Auto Insurance/li /ul
