Adhere to all clean room protocols and procedures./liliMonitor equipment in the area and be familiar with equipment and process related issues within the module./liliPerform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently with “root-cause” solutions for all repairs./liliDevelop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs./liliPerform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool, propose improvements and drive improvement activities based on this data./liliUse Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot and determine the health of tools in the area./liliMaintain a clean working area and follow 5S principles during repairs and preventative maintenance./liliMaintain detailed documentation of work performed./liliAbility and willingness to share expert knowledge with younger technicians and engineers to help elevate the overall capability of the group./li/ulp/pp/ppSkills and Experience/pulliAssociate’s degree in technical field – Electronics, Electromechanical, Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology, or similar equivalent military experience, or equivalent technical experience./liliSix or more years of experience as an equipment technician maintaining semiconductor processing equipment. Focus tool sets are vertical diffusion furnaces and linear wet sinks./liliExperience on some of the following tools would be an advantage; ASM A400 Classic furnaces, ASM DUO furnaces, TEL SE and SEi furnaces, linear wet sinks./liliBroad knowledge of electronic, robotic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems related to semiconductor manufacturing. Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary./liliExperienced in the use of schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope and other common diagnostic test equipment./liliGood communication skills required./liliImplement solutions for continuous improvement of machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment long downs./liliPerform data analysis of tool performance on assigned tool and drive improvement activities based on data./liliEnsure timeliness of projects are met using time management/project management skills./liliEnsure excellent attention to detail and follow up pertaining to projects, maintenance, and equipment to maximize operational production and efficiency./liliAble to lift/push/pull/carry up to 35lbs unassisted./liliAble to lift/push/pull/carry more than 35lbs with assistance./li/ulp/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"iFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process./i/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:left"iAnalog Devices is an equal opportunity employer.
