pWork with Marketing and Retail Operations to support brand exposure and sales- driving strategies./p

pMeet and exceed sales goals and operational cost metrics to meet established budgets with active review of financial reports and proactively course correct as needed./p

pProvide excellent customer service by using and holding staff accountable to the 3 Steps to Giving Great Service and "Setting the Bar" standards./p

pRecruit, hire, train, schedule, coach and manage staff to meet, or exceed job expectations./p

pWork a minimum number of weekly bar shifts (minimum to be determined with Retail Operations Manager)/p

li
pOversee bi-monthly cafe payroll with excellent accuracy by tracking, correcting mis-punches and reporting payroll in a timely manner./p

pMaintain a clean and organized cafe environment, both front of house and back of house spaces./p

pDevelop and execute on- going preventive maintenance and upkeep schedules./p

pPrepare beverages for guests, meeting Caffe Vita standards./p

pAbility to perform all shifts and side-work with fluency./p

pMaintain clean, fully stocked and faced merchandise shelves./p
