pWe are looking for a Part Time Servers for Marilynrsquo;s Cafeacute; for the day and swing shifts, must be flexible./p pnbsp;/p pstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p pnbsp;/p ul style="list-style-type: none;" li style="list-style-type: initial;"Greeting guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all specials, promotions and food items on the menu./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Answering questions about menu pricing, preparation, ingredients and plate presentation./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Memorizing and promoting daily specials./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Making food and beverage recommendations to guests as appropriate./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Ensuring the guest needs are met, including keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and checking back with guests during their meal./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Balancing end-of-day paperwork, including cash, credit card and due backs with minimal errors, overages or shortages./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary./li li style="list-style-type: initial;"Maintaining a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items./li /ul pnbsp;/p pstrongEDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE/strong/p pnbsp;/p pHigh school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old. Must have 1 year restaurant experience. Must have a valid NV Health and TAM cards.nbsp;Must be able to work in a environment with exposure to second hand smoke and high noise levels/p
