pWe are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront in providing the best customer service experiences./p
pAs a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. You will lead a team of dedicated front desk agents, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure that all guests receive exceptional service./p
pResponsibilities:/p
p style="padding-left: 40px;"brbull; Supervise and lead the front desk team, providing guidance, training, and supportbrbull; Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiriesbrbull; Ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests by maintaining a neat and organized front desk areabrbull; Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs and concernsbrbull; Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient mannerbrbull; Monitor and ensure accurate billing for guest reservations and servicesbrbull; Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of front desk staffbrbull; Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service/p
pRequirements and Skills:/p
p style="padding-left: 40px;"bull; Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, with supervisory or leadership rolesbrbull; Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesbrbull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsbrbull; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesbrbull; High level of integrity and professionalismbrbull; Ability to handle guest issues with diplomacy and resolutionbrbull; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededbrbull; Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and point-of-sale software is a plusnbsp;brbull; A Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus, but not required/p
