You'll have the opportunity to grow into a leadership position, shaping the future of our service team and contributing to our company's legacy of excellence.brbrb#160;Responsibilities:/bbr- Create a positive customer experience by completing the service correctly the first time with quality and care to applicable codes, to avoid refunds and recalls.br- Consistently provide accurate pricing.br- Understand when to issue a "Lock Out/Tag Out" tag and the required follow-up steps.br- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.br- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to resolve complex HVAC issues and ensure timely completion of service calls.br- Communicate the benefits of Club Memberships.br- Monitor inventory levels of parts and equipment, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability for service calls.br- Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, concerns, and service-related issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.br- Facilitate rescheduling customer appointments if a call is not complete.br- Keep truck clean, stocked, and accurately inventoried.br- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and operations to optimize service delivery and meet business objectives.br- Report any safety issues to supervisor and/or manager.br- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.br- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and materials used.br- Perform other duties as assigned.brbrb#160;Requirements:/bbr- Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 5 years of hands-on service specific experience.br- EPA Certification required.br- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.br- Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems and equipment.br- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.br- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.br- Solid understanding of HVAC tools, equipment, and safety standards.br- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.br- Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Approval to drive by Company's insurance carrier.brbrb#160;Preferred Qualifications:/bbr- Associate's degree or technical certification in HVAC or a related field.br- Prior experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service.br- Experience with Service Titanbrbrb#160;Work Environment and Physical Requirements:/bbr- Work primarily in the field, including customer sites, with occasional office-based tasks.br- Works in indoor/outdoor elements with extreme variation in temperatures and weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow) at least 70% of the time.br- Climbs ladders and steep stairs. Majority of time spent standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching.br- May require working in confined spaces or at heights. Occasionally works from heights 15 feet or higher above ground.br- Must be able to lift 50 pounds with the ability to push, pull, carry, or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower and appropriate devices).br- Carries 24 ft extension ladder alone or 40 ft extension ladder with a fellow coworker on most jobs.br- Have good visual acuity.brbrb#160;Position Specific Standards:/bbr- Willing to attend training courses and advance skills.br- Must be available for on-call duty outside of regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
