As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional wash quality and customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and effectively ensure clean vehicles and happy customers using our state-of-the-art car wash equipment.#160;/ppstrongResponsibilities:#160;/strong/pp1. Perform car wash and detail-oriented services:#160;/pulliOperate and control automated car wash equipment.#160;/liliThoroughly evaluate vehicle needs including the exterior, windows, and wheels.#160;/liliApply necessary cleaning agents and solutions to ensure high-quality results.#160;/liliConduct final inspections to ensure vehicles meet our quality standards.#160;/li/ulp2. Provide exceptional customer service:#160;/pulliGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner.#160;/liliAssist customers with payment processing and provide information about available services.#160;/liliAddress customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.#160;/liliMaintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times.#160;/li/ulp3. Maintain cleanliness and organization:#160;/pulliEnsure the car wash facility is clean and presentable at all times.#160;/liliRegularly inspect car wash equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.#160;/liliFollow proper safety procedures and adhere to all company policies.#160;/li/ulp4.
