Other duties may be assigned./p ul liProcess carrier receipts performing both physical and visual inspection of product and documentation. Noting any carrier exceptions of damage or missing packages./li liPerform System receiving transactions noting all received materials match supplier manifest /packing list and D365 open Purchase order. Communicate to CE Purchasing and supplier of any or all discrepancies.  File documentation daily./li liMaintain warehouse in orderly fashion. Ensuring all stock is accurately stored same day received.  All product correctly faced and labelled./li liUtilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to, from trucks or trains, and within the storage facility./li liLoad and unload materials in the warehouse or storage facility./li liPull, pack, label, and ship product to ensure safe, secure, and timely delivery./li liMaintain shipping files/li liProcess orders in Microsoft D365 accurately, efficiently, and on time./li liCheck sales, transfer order records, and run reports to determine shipment needs./li liUse carriers shipping systems including opening and closing daily shipment records./li liOrder shipping supplies including bags, boxes, labels shrink and bubble wrap/li liSelect freight carriers when required./li liCoordinate international shipments and documentations/li liPerform Daily inventory cycle counts with first pass accuracy of 99%/li liAudit and perform recounts of cycle counts./li liIdentify and escalate any issues that need to be addressed in order to correct any errors./li liServe on-call (24 hours/day, at least 7 days/month) as assigned to respond to emergencies and other order and shipping needs./li liMust be within a reasonable commute distance of the worksite and must carry and answer their mobile phones while on-call./li liMaintain D365 warehouse default locations/li liMaintain D365 Item master attributes including HTS code, ECCN, size dimensions, weights/li liCreate international export documentation and complete reporting requirements./li liCreate spreadsheet reports as needed/li liOther duties as assigned./li /ul pstrong /strongstrong /strong/p pstrongSupervisory Responsibilities /strong/p pThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.                                        /p pstrong /strong/p pstrongQualifications /strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongEducation and/or Experience /strong   /p p High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience./p p /p pstrong /strongstrongLanguage Skills/strong/p pAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongMathematical Skills /strong            /p pAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongReasoning Ability /strong                                                   /p pAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations./p p /p pstrongComputer Skills /strong      /p pBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel./p p /p pstrongCertificates, Licenses, Registrations /strong/p pForklift certification.  Valid and current Driver’s License required/p pstrong /strong/p pstrong /strongstrongCompetencies/strong/p pstrongQuality:/strong  Consistently produces high quality work (accurate, neat, and thorough).
