divh3Position Description/h3divPart-time position that coordinates a section in a department that has institutional oversight responsibilities. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a specific program or departmental project as well as the monitoring of program staff and operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise program staff, volunteers and/or students./divh3Optional Attachments/h3divProfessional/Personal Reference /divh3Travel Required/h3divUp to 25% /divh3Pay Grade Maximum/h3divSalary commensurate with related education, experience and/or skills./divh3Major/Essential Functions/h3divulliResponsible for purchasing and record management for the Section Supervisor./liliProcesses development and travel applications and vouchers for Undergraduate faculty./liliAssists in coordinating and preparing for all graduate classes held on campus./liliAssists in coordinating Objective Standardized Clinical Examinations./liliAssists in coordinating faculty documents for Objective Standardized Clinical Examinations./liliAssists with Proctoring Exams./liliResponsible for entering faculty and recurrent faculty CVs into Digital Measures to ensure accreditation compliance./liliEnsures the designated area, the point of contact for faculty and staff, is covered. Attends to the needs of faculty, staff and students./liliCreates new faculty files./liliSend out Doodle Polls to various groups and schedule Zoom meetings. Ensures Zoom meetings start and gives attendees permission to be at the meeting./liliDocuments meetings and events in the work calendar./liliReviews meeting documents and makes corrections./liliAssist with any clerical/administrative needs of faculty and students in the Atrium 2 area.
