Ability to manage work under pressure /p /li li pGreat customer service and interpersonal skills /p /li /ul p /p pEducation and Experience /p ul li pA high school education/GED and 1+ years of retail sales experience or the equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training /p /li li pMinimum 1 year experience with chemical or spray applications or 4 or more years’ experience in the green industry /p /li li pStrong attention to detail /p /li li pPesticide applicators license or in process /p /li li pValid driver’s license /p /li li pAdhere to Company’s safety policy and ensure that the public and co-workers will be safe while performing job duties /p /li /ul p /p pPhysical Requirements /p ul li pConstantly required to talk, hear, see, sit, stand, and walk /p /li li pMust be able to see at close vision, distant vision, peripherally, have depth perception and can adjust focus /p /li li pFrequent use of hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls /p /li li pFrequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance /p /li /ul ul li pMust be able to lift 50 pounds and carry 50 feet /p /li li pOccasionally works with mechanical objects and outside in all weather conditions /p /li li pOccasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals /p /li li pOccasionally exposed to loud noise levels /p /li /ul
