This full-time role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks, waste management, sanitization, stock management, and providing support in maintaining outdoor spaces./p pstrongPay Rate:/strongbr / $20 per hour/p pstrongShift Hours:/strongbr / 4-hour shift, afternoon hours, Sunday-Wednesday/p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liPerform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the corporate office./li liClean and disinfect surfaces, restrooms, and commonly used areas to maintain a hygienic environment./li liSweep, mop, dust, and vacuum indoor office space and maintain outdoor areas./li liMonitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and janitorial supplies, including restocking towels, soap dispensers, sanitizing wipe dispensers, paper, and kitchen supplies./li liEmpty trash pails and shredder bins and ensure proper disposal of waste./li liRestock water dispensers and ensure availability of drinking water for employees./li liAdhere to safety guidelines and handle cleaning chemicals safely./li liMaintain effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and supervisors./li liFollow company policies, procedures, and regulations related to cleanliness, safety, and security./li liProvide friendly and professional customer service to employees, visitors, and clients./li liClean warehouse areas, including floors, shelves, and storage spaces./li liEnsure cleanliness of technician trucks, including interior and exterior surfaces./li liMaintain a clean driving record while performing job duties./li liAssist in various repairs and maintenance around the office as needed./li liAssist in company vehicle transportation for repairs when necessary./li /ul pstrongBasic Qualifications:/strong/p ul liPrior commercial/office cleaning experience is required (2+ years)./li liMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs./li liDemonstrated ability to maintain scheduled adherence with flexibility and adaptability./li liClean driving record./li liProfessional working proficiency in English language./li /ul pstrongWhat awaits you at Intelli-Tec:/strong/p ul liBenefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO/li /ul pstrongEmployer's Disclaimer:/strong/p ul liAll requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities./li liThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
