No matter what stage of your career, you can build your future at Tempur Sealy!/span/p pspanThe Maintenance Technician is a multi-skilled craftsperson responsible for the installation/start-up and troubleshooting of all mechanical and electrical processes used in manufacturing, as well as support equipment located in the building or on the grounds-the objective being to maximize production and functional longevity and appearance of the building, grounds and equipment. /span/p pspanOUR COMPANY OFFERS GREAT BENEFITS, INCLUDING:/span/p ul lispanGenerous Paid Time Off/span/li lispanCompetitive Medical, Dental amp; other wellness programs/span/li lispanDisability and Life Company Paid/span/li lispanRetirement Plan Options/span/li lispanGenerous Employee Purchase Discounts  /span/li /ul pspanPay Range: $32 to $36 per hour (depending upon experience)/span/p p /p pspanWhat You Will Do:/span/p ul lispanFollow all safety guidelines and participate as a fully-empowered team member to achieve organization-wide goal of zero incidents/span/li lispanTroubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical/electronic equipment including but not limited to programmable controls, numeral controls, power supplies, drives, gages and test equipment/span/li lispanPlans and performs work requiring thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical theories and principles, writing specifications, local and national electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electronic equipment/span/li lispanRepairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, etc./span/li lispanObserves devices and equipment in operation and troubleshoot problems/span/li lispanPerforms skilled maintenance and repair services of facility systems such as mechanical, electrical and building systems./span/li lispanInstalls and prepares equipment for startup, as required/span/li lispanRepairs or replaces defective parts and installs special functional and structural parts in devices/span/li lispanAdjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary/span/li lispanQuality of work meets best equipment engineering and maintenance practices/span/li lispanWork closely with all shift peers and production team members/span/li lispanResponsible for housekeeping in work area/span/li /ul
