liRepairs/restrings blinds./li
liRepairs fencing./li
liContinually update supervisor concerning preventative maintenance needs./li
liMaintain an inventory of supplies and repair parts within trade./li
liKeep current on all Federal, State and Local Laws pertaining to trade./li
liRemove snow with and without tractors; cut grass./li
