Vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, crawl insulation fungus treatment, and vents./span/pp/ppbbResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following:/b/b/pullipConstruction and Repair:span Assist with light construction projects, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage/span/p/lilipCustomer Interaction:span Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance on pest control measures/span/p/lilipService Delivery:span Perform exclusion services setting up and building exclusion traps, and ensuring safety protocols are followed/span/p/lilipContinuous Learning:span Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training to enhance your skills in pest control and related services/span/p/li/ulp/ppbbEssential Job Functions:/b/b/pullipspanWorking in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways/span/p/lilipspanSetting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications/span/p/lilipspanWorking in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal/span/p/lilipspanCompleting production forms documenting services provided/span/p/lilipspanYou’ll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we’ll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely/span/p/lilipspanMove up to 50 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects/span/p/lilipspanMaintain  balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces/span/p/lilipspanPush objects forward, downward, or outward with sustained force using the upper extremities to press with steady force and drag, draw, haul, or tug objects/span/p/lilipspanAble to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather/span/p/lilipspanLots of moving around — regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles/span/p/lilipspanAbility  to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator /span/p/lilipspanSafely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean/span/p/li/ulp/ppbbWhat do you need?/b/b/pullipspan /spanspanAvailable to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed/span/p/lilipspanCustomer-facing experience is required/span/p/lilipspanClean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)/span/p/lilipspanHigh school diploma or GED;  related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. /span/p/lilipspanSuccessfully meet pre-employment background screen /span/p/lilipspanPossess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check  (Company vehicle and gas card provided)/span/p/lilipspanSolid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings./span/p/lilipspanBasic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
