Assumes store manger responsibilities when needed./ppRate of pay $16.50-$17.50/HR/ppuList of Responsibilities/u/pulliAssists the Store Manager in training positive individuals to become members of the Quicklee’s Team./liliResponsible for supporting and enforcing store operations, policies and procedures./liliSupport the store manager in keeping the store, site and equipment safe, clean, organized and properly stocked./liliAssists manager in key responsibilities such as scheduling, attendance and payroll reporting, placing orders and daily job execution./liliCommunicate employee’s relations problems and assist the store manager with shift coverage when needed./liliAssists manager with daily bookkeeping, depositing, invoicing and gas survey./liliComplete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management./liliSupport manager by controlling expenses and maintaining store goal hours./liliSupports manager by maximizing profits and minimizing expenses./liliMonitor cash over/short, inventory shrinkage, and drive offs daily./liliProvides prompt, courteous customer service and professionally manage any customer issues./liliNotifies manager of unresolved customer or staff issues./liliResponsible for having merchandise stocked, rotated, clean, properly priced and safely displayed./liliMaintain quality brand image./liliHas the ability to run a shift including performing all duties of a store cashier./liliAssist store manager with monthly promotions, insure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper time./liliImplement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures./liliEnforce all safety and security issues and report any and all unsafe conditions./li/ulpstrongEducation / Experience/strong: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) recommended./p
