pBoll and Branch is looking for a strongPart-Time Brand Ambassador/strong (sales associate amp; keyholder) to join our growing retail team.brbrThe Part-Time Brand Ambassador is responsible for generating sales through conversion of existing traffic and through fostering repeat business through clienteling. A successful candidate will have exceptional verbal communication, time management, and problem solving skills. They will ensure that the highest visual presentation and housekeeping standards are maintained and operate in accordance with the company’s operational guidelines, adhering to all loss prevention procedures.nbsp;This position is located in strongSouthpark Mall in Charlotte, NC.nbsp;/strong/p pstrongResponsibilities Include:/strong/p ulliAchieve and exceed individual sales goals./liliFocus on creating an inclusive customer experience, develop customer loyalty, and cultivate repeat business./liliBe an expert in all Boll amp; Branch products./liliCreate elevated experiences for our clients through our in-store, in-home and virtual design consultation program./liliAssist with designing a client’s space through sleeping habits and style preferences./liliMaintain store presentation to ensure the selling environment is customer ready at all times./liliPerform daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks./liliProtect store assets and inventory./liliBe an ambassador for all company values and operate with integrity at all times./liliFollow standard operating procedures of the store and drive results by contributing to the operation of the store./liliPerform in-home installations for our clients while making additional recommendations to drive store sales./liliMaintain cleanliness throughout the store by performing tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, steaming and ensuring shared areas like the bathroom are regularly cleaned and well-stocked./liliAny and all other functions, duties, and projects as assigned./li/ul p/p pstrongQualifications/strong:nbsp;/p ulliMinimum one year in a retail sales role (or comparable industry). Equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered./liliKnowledge of basic retail math and cash management techniques./liliEffective verbal and written communication skills./liliA positive attitude and the ability to effectively engage with customers.nbsp;/liliProficient with standard office and retail environment equipment (phones, POS, alarm systems etc)./liliIntermediate knowledge of G-Suite (including Google Drive/Docs), as well as Word and Excel./liliMust be able to stand for long periods of time, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and be able to climb a ladder/step stool, with or without reasonable accommodation./liliBilingual and able to read, write and speak Spanish is a plus, but not required./li/ul p/p pThe above is a comprehensive, but not exhaustive, description of requirements and expectations that may evolve over time based on business needs.
