Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"it comes to maintaining the Twin Peaks bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar. /span/ppbr/ppstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"THE UNIFORM /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Clean TP black hat facing forward at all times. Brim never bent. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Hair must be kept clean. All hair must be kept underneath the TP hat. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Clean shaven. Beards amp; mustaches are allowed, but must be maintained. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Fingernails must be kept trimmed. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Jewelry is not allowed to be worn in ears, face, around the neck or wrists. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Head phones or ear buds are not to be worn. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Clean non-faded/wrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in. /span/ppbr/ppstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"The duties and responsibilities of a Twin Peaks Bar Back include, but are not limited to: /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Adhering to uniform standards /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Ability to work as a team /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Train using tablets or computer /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Ability to work in a fast paced environment /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Assisting with opening and closing duties including, but not limited to, restocking the bar with all /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"necessary items, cleaning the bar, mopping, etc. /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Ensuring the bar is always well stocked /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"• Changing kegs, checking taps, and appliances to confirm they are working and in good repair /span/ppbr/ppstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Proven experience as a Bar Back. /span/ppbr/ppstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"LANGUAGE SKILLS /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Ability to communicate in English. Must be able understand the policies and procedures used to clean and /span/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"sanitize a restaurant. /span/ppbr/ppstrong style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"REASONING ABILITY /strong/ppspan style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
