pMills Auto Group is seeking a Full Timenbsp;Accounting Clerk.nbsp;Applicant must demonstrate good administration and organization skills. Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required.nbsp;Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus.nbsp;/p pstrongWE OFFER:/strong/p ul liHealth, Dental, Medical/li li401K/li liPaid Time Off/li /ul pstrongRESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liPost Invoices into CDK/li liIssue checks/li liCancel Warranties through third party vendor/li liReconcile VSC vendor schedule/li liCut cancellation checks to banks and customers/li liDo daily deposit from sales, parts and service./li liReceipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices./li liPerform basic and routine accounting functions/li liMaintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts/li liHandle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned/li liPost A/P invoices and reconcile schedules/li /ul pstrongREQUIREMENTS: /strong/p ul liPrevious automotive dealership accounting experience required/li liProficient with standard computer software and accounting software/li liExcellent customer service and communication skills/li /ul pstronguAbout the Dealership/u/strong/p pMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
