Maintenance Technician (Roving) - Full-time

Our Maintenance Technician must also have excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills. As we continue to build a strong bench of talented maintenance professionals, this position offers the opportunity to apply internally for any maintenance roles at designated properties as they become available./p pstrongResponsibilities/strong/p ul liAssist in carrying out the implementation of various policies, standards, procedures and programs relating to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the properties. /li liInitiate, perform, and manage maintenance projects including cleaning./li liEnsure that maintenance and custodial issues are attended to in a timely fashion./li liPerform walk-through of properties to ensure that immediate maintenance and custodial issues are attended to in a timely fashion.
