The Sales Associate provides superior customer service while assisting new and current members, answering membership questions, and transacting merchandise purchases. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong StretchLabnbsp;community. The Sales Associate also assists with studio cleanliness./ppCOMPENSATION amp; BENEFITS:/pulliThis position offers a competitive hourly wage/liliCommission paid on sales/liliOpportunity for bonus based on performance./liliOpportunity for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions/liliPAY $18 - $25 PER HOUR WITH COMMISSION AND BONUSESnbsp;/li/ulpJOB REQUIREMENTS:/pulliExcellent sales, communication, and customer service skills/liliGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets/liliStrong customer service skills/liliAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software system/liliMust be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email/liliMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines/liliMust have proficient computer skills/liliDaily and/or occasional travel may be required/liliAttend special events and trainings as needed/li/ulpnbsp;/ppRESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliExecute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale/liliMeet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager/liliConduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales/liliBe knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing/liliEmphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a Sales Associate/liliBook quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota/liliParticipate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio/liliAssists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment/liliAssumes responsibility for developing selling skills/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpnbsp;/ppPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSbr /The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the jobbr /May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time.
