Highgate maintains corporate offices in London, New York, Dallas, and Seattle./p h2Location/h2 p/p p /p pCourtyard Folsom/p2575 Iron Point RoadFolsom, CA 95630 h2Overview/h2 pThe Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guestrooms while providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests./p h2Responsibilities/h2 ul liThoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards./li liComplete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up./li liRemove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways./li liKeep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed/li liRestock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use./li liReplenish chemical bottles./li liReport all missing items from room (i.e., irons/boards, hair dryers, etc.) to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager./li liReport any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager./li liHandle items for “Lost and Found” according to the standards./li liEnsure overall guest satisfaction./li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 ul liHigh School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred./li liMust be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects./li liAbility to stand during entire shift./li liMust be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner./li /ul p /p p /p
