pspan style="text-decoration: underline; font-size: 14pt;"strongAYES / PRIVATE POSTING/strong/span strong- This is a private posting for CFISD High School students only./strong/p ul liApplications accepted by appropriate referral only./li liMust be a current CFISD high school student./li liMust meet pre-employment qualifications (drug test / medical physical, etc./li /ul pstrongESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:/strong/p p1.nbsp; Perform routine maintenance and service (tire service, oil changes, transmission services) on school vehicles under the supervision of the Shop Foreman./p p2.nbsp; Keep shop, equipment, and tools clean and in safe and efficient operating condition.nbsp;/p p3.nbsp; Safe operation of center fuel island and wash rack to refuel and wash vehicles./p p4.nbsp; Keep center fuel island and wash rack stocked and in proper working order./p p5.nbsp; Assist vehicle technicians and mechanic helpers with the operation of all tools, and equipment repair as needed.nbsp;/p p6.nbsp; Access and utilize printed/electronic service material, and follow manufacturerrsquo;s established diagnostic and repair procedures./p p7.nbsp; Maintain accurate updated records of time and materials required to perform repairs, service, and preventive maintenance assignments./p p8.nbsp; Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures./p p9.nbsp; Follow and promote safety in the shop by ensuring established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties (including lifting, climbing, etc.) are followed./p p10.Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to supervisor immediately./p p11.Communicate and interact in a professional manner with co-workers, department personnel, and community members at all times./p p12.Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function./p pnbsp;/p
