font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"Demonstrates knowledge of safety procedures and practices in work area as indicated by lack of injury or incident. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; color: #000000;"Follows established food handling practices according to department standards to maintain sanitation and infection control by wearing gloves, hair coverings and clean uniforms. /span/lilispan style="font-size: 10pt;
