p style="text-align: center;"strongChichester School District/strong/p p style="text-align: center;"strong2025-2026 School Year/strong/p p style="text-align: center;"strongBus Drivers/strong/p p style="text-align: left;"nbsp;/p p style="text-align: left;"strongJob Summary:/strongnbsp;Provide safe transportation for district students to and from various destinations./p p style="text-align: left;"nbsp;/p p style="text-align: left;"strongPrimary Duties Responsibilities:/strong/p p style="text-align: left;"nbsp;/p ul liOperate vehicle responsibly at all times./li liComplete inspection of the school bus as prescribed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania including clearing obstructions and wiping lenses of lights. Reports all irregularities to the yard person./li liMaintain student discipline on the bus according to school bus rules. Reports infractions to the Building Principal and the Supervisor of Transportation./li liMaintain school bus routing schedule./li liSafely operate all equipment provided within aschool bus, including all doors, windows, emergency equipment, radios, read and understand gauge indicators, operate standard shift and automatic transmissions, exc./li liAttend in-service workshops and other department meetings scheduled by Director of Transportation./li liPerform other duties as assigned./li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul listrongYou MUST have a valid Pennsylvania CDL Driver's License/strongnbsp;with Passenger (P) and Student (S) endorsement with air break restriction lifted. Willing to train a PA CDL Driver's License holder for (S) and (P) endorsement and air break restriction lifted./li liHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required./li liDriving record must be free of tickets and accidents./li /ul
