Substitute Bus Driver

pstrong style="font-size: 10pt;"QUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Valid Washington State driverrsquo;s license for a minimum of five years. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Posses or ability to get commercial driverrsquo;s license. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Class A or B with passenger endorsement, school bus endorsement, and airbrake restriction removed. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Must have a current Washington State School Bus Driverrsquo;s Authorization from OSPI. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Must meet all physical and character standards as established in WAC 392-144- including not having three or more speeding tickets in the last five years. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Must possess a valid First Aid Card or the ability to get one.nbsp; /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Be able to pass all drug alcohol test as required by D.O.T. Be able pass and continue to pass a CDL physical. WAC 392 144 Requirements./span/li /ul pspan style="font-size: 10pt;"strongEvery authorized school bus driver must meet the following initial requirements:/strong /span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Have at least five years of experience as a licensed driver of a passenger vehicle. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Submit to a criminal record check according to chapter 400 RCW which shows that no offenses have been committed which would be grounds for disqualification of an authorization as listed in WAC 392-144-103. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Satisfactorily complete a school bus driver training course administered by an authorized school bus driver instructor. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Meet all applicable continuing school bus driver requirements in WAC 392-144-102./span/li /ul pspan style="font-size: 10pt;"strongEvery authorized school bus driver must continue to meet the following requirements:/strong /span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Have a valid driver's license or commercial driver's license, as required by law, issued by the state department of licensing. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Satisfactorily complete the annual school bus driver in-service training course. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Maintain current and valid training in a first-aid course accepted by the local school district. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Submit annually to the school district a disclosure of all crimes against children or other persons and all civil adjudications in a dependency action or in a domestic relation action and all disciplinary board final decisions of sexual abuse or exploitation or physical abuse as required by RCW 43.834(2) and disclosure of all convictions which may be grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of authorization under WAC 392-144-103. /span/li /ul pspan style="font-size: 10pt;"strongEvery authorized school bus driver must continue to meet the following physicalrequirements:/strong /span/p ul lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Is physically able to maneuver and control a school bus under all driving conditions. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Is physically able to use all controls and equipment found on state minimum specified school buses. /span/li lispan style="font-size: 10pt;"Is physically able to perform daily routine school bus vehicle safety inspections./span/li /ul
