Goal is to provide students and staff members with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean environment.nbsp;/p pnbsp;/p pQUALIFICATIONS/p ul liPhysically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb and reach./li liPrefer previous custodial experience./li liAble to assist in keeping the school clean, orderly and safe./li liTrained in the use of custodial equipment./li liKnowledgeable of cleaning and simple repair techniques for equipment and materials used in custodial work./li liAble to maintain rapport with staff members and students./li /ul pSKILLED IN/p ul liAbility to work independently and in a team environment.nbsp;/li liAbility to work well with public, staff members and students in a positive manner.nbsp;/li liProficient in the use of all housekeeping chemicals, materials, and equipment./li liPerforms maintenance and repair work, maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency of the school./li liAssists in the preparation of buildings and grounds for operation and special functions./li liInforms maintenance of any damages to buildings and equipment and needed repair./li liKnowledgeable of water, gas and electrical cutoffs and is knowledgeable of operation of fire and alarm systems./li liKnowledgeable of electrical and mechanical devices and of tools and equipment./li liPerforms additional duties as assigned.nbsp;/li /ul pCORE COMPETENTCIESnbsp;br /?
