Community Life�s goal is to create equitable access to community support, resources, and opportunities so residents can thrive./p pstrongJob Description:/strong/p pThe Community Builders, Inc. seeks a highly motivated candidate with a passion for direct services to coordinate Community Engagement opportunities for the site at Park Morton./p pUnder the direct supervision of the Community Life Senior Manager, the Community Life Services Coordinator will be responsible for operationalizing Park Morton as well as providing/supporting quality programming across the site./p pstrongEssential Functions:/strong/p ul liIdentifying residents in need of moving assistance and coordination./li liCoordinate the implementation of the TCB Housing Stabilization Standard of Practice, which includes communicating with PM re. work orders issues, rent, etc./li liCoordinate activities to ensure Seniors are able to age in place with dignity and families move toward economic mobility./li liDevelop strategic partnerships with local service providers to bring on-site programs to Armstrong residents as well as provide referrals to off-site programs and services in the following CL outcome areas: youth mentoring and job programs, afterschool, early education, career pathway, financial, and housing stabilization, activities of daily living, senior isolation etc./li liAttend trainings around trauma informed care, youth mentorship, youth development, budgeting, restorative justice, gang violence, mental health first aide, youth diversion programs, motivational interviewing/li /ul ul liAssist in the creation of the Monthly Calendar/Monthly Newsletter for distribution/li liDocument all coaching/event interactions in CL Connect/li liComplete Community Life Questionnaires with assigned cohort of residents/li /ul ul liHost and Participate in TCB Hosted /Partner Hosted events/li liDocument all efforts in CL Connect/li /ul pstrongWork Schedule:/strong/p pThe CLSC is an onsite, part-time position. Responsibilities may occasionally require an adjusted work schedule or evening/weekend hours./p pstrongBasic Qualifications:/strong/p pThe ideal candidate will have a strong operational and community development background.
