The Event Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales and Venue Operations Manager with but, not limited to, vendor load in/out, managing vendors on-site, receiving deliveries, and upholding rules of the park. The Event Assistants top priority will be to ensure a successful event that upholds WCS standards while adhering to WCS policies and procedures. brbrSchedule: The work schedule for this temporary position based out of the Central Park Zoo from April – November. Position requires flexible availability to work non-standard hours including morning, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
