Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to shipping status, logistics, and order management.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resolution of logistics challenges.
• Stay informed about shipping processes and community regulations to provide accurate support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, particularly within the logistics or shipping industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
