""Plate by Dzintra,"" Open Table's #1 Best Food Austin"" restaurant is looking for an overall fantastic Chef/Cook who has the skill set to work both Sauté and/or Garde Manger stations. We are a high-end, dinner-only restaurant (open Tuesday-Sunday) with a focus on seasonality and sustainably caught, raised and harvested ingredients. Our style is California-French, but with our revolving menu, we often feature specialties from around the world.
Qualified applicants should possess at least 1 year fine dining kitchen experience, a true passion for cooking, creativity and a real desire to learn, grow and be part of a team. Excellent organization skills, a positive attitude and attention to detail are all necessary to fill this position.
