Restaurant Lead - Line/Deli Cook

The Lead Deli at Maple Street Biscuit Company is responsible for building and plating our guest’s orders and ensuring the execution of our first principle, Comfort Food with A Modern Twist Made Consistently. The Lead Deli is responsible for cooking, assembling, and calling out the guest's orders. They will also ensure proper portioning, food standards, and safety and provide the food is made quickly and accurately. They are responsible for the daily line checks, hourly food safety practices, and meeting our 6-minute ticket times.
