The HR position at Trilogy Warehouse Partners, LLC is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees, thereby directly impacting the company's talent acquisition strategy. Additionally, the HR professional will handle employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating communication between staff and management. The position also involves developing and implementing HR policies that align with the company's goals and values. Ultimately, the HR role is essential in promoting employee engagement and retention, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
