Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Monitor tables to ensure guest needs are met throughout their dining experience
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about ingredients or preparation methods
- Exceptional guest relations skills to provide friendly and attentive service
- Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
