In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to Polish-speaking customers by assisting them with inquiries related to their online shopping experience, order processing, and product information. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding orders, product availability, and account management.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer challenges and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and company policies to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
