are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive outbound
sales efforts.


Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new
business opportunities and expanding our client base within the commercial facility services
sector. This role requires a proactive approach to outbound sales and relationship management,
with a focus on securing new contracts and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the commercial cleaning or facility
services industry.


Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to
target potential clients in the commercial facility sector. Utilize cold calling, networking,
and other outreach methods to generate leads and set appointments.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in commercial facilities. Understand client needs, provide
tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and
industry trends. Analyze competitor offerings and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through to
contract negotiation and closing. Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and
provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to
potential clients. Demonstrate the value of our commercial cleaning services and address
any client concerns or objections.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless service
delivery and client onboarding. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional
materials and campaigns.
Client Retention: Develop strategies for retaining and upselling existing clients. Address
any issues or service concerns promptly to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development. Proven success
in outbound sales and relationship management.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and
maintain relationships with clients. Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft
Office Suite.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial cleaning services and facility
management. Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Strong
organizational and time management skills.
