Licensed Clinical Mental Health Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Clinical Mental Health Professional to provide therapy and mental health support to teens, adults, and couples. The ideal candidate will employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based approaches. The clinician will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to clients facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and relationship issues.
- Conduct clinical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to support client progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation by HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other mental health providers as needed.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment support.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education

- Able to work remotely or in the office

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active and unrestricted licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in North Carolina.
- A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, and solution-focused therapy is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
