Psychologist

• Ensure that Emerge’s psychology-related procedures comply with Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regulations in coordination with the Executive Director.
• Provide clinical supervision for psychology associates.
• Conduct group and individual counseling sessions tailored to the needs of individuals served by Emerge, Inc.
• Implement policies and procedures that define and uphold the practice of psychology at Emerge.
• Deliver direct psychology services, including behavior programs for a select group of individuals.
• Lead staff training initiatives, including new hire training, continuing education, and behavioral intervention techniques.
• Participate in  Standing Committee to support quality improvement efforts.
• Offer individualized staff training on behavior plans and effective human interaction strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of psychology programs and treatments in compliance with agency and state regulations.
