Position Highlights
- Location: In-home counseling throughout Essex County.
- Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.
- Compensation:
- $60,000 per year or $65–$85 per hour (depending on hours worked and licensure).
- Opportunities for additional income through assessments and specialty services.

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of youth and families.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and ensure timely documentation.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to empowering communities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active NJ license (LPC, LCSW, LSW, LAC).
- Reliable transportation for in-home visits.
- Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and client-centered care.
