Dental Hygenist

Brilliant Smiles Upper Darby is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team Mondays 8 am to 5pm, Tuesdays 8am to 5pm or Wednesdays 8am to 5pm and Thursdays 9am to 6pm. Our office is fee for service and PPO insurance based. NO HMOs. Full staff in place. Duties:

- Perform routine dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
- Conduct patient assessments, taking vital signs and documenting medical history.
- Provide personalized oral hygiene instructions and maintain accurate patient records.
- Utilize dental software, such as Dentrix, to manage patient data and schedule appointments.
- Collaborate with dentists and other hygienists to provide efficient and high-quality care.
- Participate in four-handed dentistry, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, building trust and promoting long-term oral health.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Dental Hygienist in Pennsylvania.
