Are you an experienced licensed Counselor looking to make a meaningful impact? Care Navigators, Inc. is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team!


Position: Part-Time Licensed Counselor


Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing and new clients based on their needs, limitations, and desires
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and guidelines
  • Build rapport with clients and their families
  • Conduct monthly support groups for clients and caregivers
  • Build awareness related to services within independent/assisted living communities


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • 1+ years of clinical social experience
  • Valid and Current LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT license
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Experience with older adults preferred
