We are currently seeking a dedicated and clinically driven Part-Time Clinician to join our growing team.

Position: Part-Time Clinician

Location: Westfield, NJ
Schedule: Approximately 25 hours per week
Format: Primarily in-person with telehealth flexibility
Availability: Weekday, evening, and/or weekend availability preferred

Eligible Licenses:

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Position Summary

The Part-Time Clinician will provide individual, family, marriage, and/or couples therapy to a diverse client population presenting with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and psychosocial concerns. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.

Services will be delivered primarily in person, with telehealth sessions incorporated based on clinical appropriateness, client needs, and scheduling flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and biopsychosocial assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based interventions

  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy services through in-person and telehealth modalities

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record

  • Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings as needed

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to ensure continuity and quality of care

  • Adhere to professional ethics, HIPAA regulations, and telehealth best practices

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field

  • Active and unrestricted New Jersey licensure in one of the following:

    • LSW

    • LCSW

    • LPC

    • LAMFT

    • LMFT

  • Previous experience in a behavioral health or outpatient clinical setting preferred

  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms preferred

  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing a flexible part-time schedule

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to inclusive care

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish or other languages) strongly encouraged to apply

  • Prior telehealth therapy experience preferred

Compensation

Competitive hourly compensation commensurate with licensure level, clinical experience, and areas of specialization.
